Anna Tullemans

Anna Tullemans is a consultant and author in Autism Spectrum Disorders and has been working closely with schools, teachers and parents, writing and implementing programmes for students with ASD.

She is the author of seven books on strategies for teachers, parents and students, and has recently completed her U. Cert. in Autism Spectrum Disorders through the University of Birmingham, England.

Anna conducts teacher training workshops, and regularly presents, internationally (England, Hong Kong, Emirates, New Zealand, Dubai, Hawaii, Brunei) and throughout Australia at conferences and seminars on everyday inclusion and behaviour strategies that are successful.

Her experiences from both sides of education organisations have fuelled her passion for sharing and communicating information and strategies on Autism Spectrum Disorder, to teachers and parents throughout all education systems.

Anna is also the mother of an adult with Asperger’s Syndrome who was diagnosed at the age of 6 and who is now gainfully employed in the IT industry.

Anna was the founding president of the Asperger Syndrome Support Network (Qld) Inc for seven years and oversaw its growth as a fledgling support group for parents.
