David Vinegrad is a veteran of working in a diversity of school settings and undertaking a wide range of roles in classroom teaching, student counselling and management. He is the Director of Behaviour Matters; a business dedicated to assisting schools and organisations get the best out of what they do; and is recognised as a world leader in the development of school based Restorative Practices & PBL.
David is an expert at change management processes, tailoring programs that connect research, policy and practice so schools can maximise student outcomes and whole school relationship management. He has the ability to ask all educators to think, to examine, and to question; are there better ways of managing students than those we are using at present?
David has a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Education in Counseling and Adolescent Development. He is a registered NESA provider and maintains his V.I.T registration as a committed and passionate teacher.
