A challenging variation of a “Go Fish” routine. This intrinsically motivating game is aligned with current reading research and is compatible with any reading approach.
The Latin endings of so many multi-syllable words can be daunting to pronounce and read. This game routine gives lots of repetitions on the pronouncing as well as the reading. After play, students will go confidently toward longer words.
