Help children with language and learning disabilities learn to write simple sentences using the activities in this book. Common nouns, verbs, and basic reading sight words are emphasised. Students also learn to add verb endings for the present tense, past tense, etc. Sentence types frequently used in the spoken language are emphasised.
The activities help children develop an increased awareness of the structure of sentences as they use different parts of speech to create sentences of their own. Students are also challenged to add punctuation to simple sentences and to fix sentences that contain errors.
