The Rip Rap Teacher's Manual provides a range of resources to support use of books in Rip Rap Series A and Series B.
For each Rip Rap book there is a summary of the storyline, appropriate, challenging questions for individual and group discussions, explanation of the structure of the sounds covered in that book, suggested activities, including card games, and flash cards for that book. The flash cards introduce both the digraphs, and the range of words covered at each level. These cards may be used to play word and card games to practise word recognition and phonic reading.
